We are not responsible for the refund or rental fees for any reason. We can not be held liable for any dispute with the Owners/Advertisers or anyone affiliated with them. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT:
All Owners/Advertisers must abide by the ethics of conducting their vacation rentals in an acceptable manner along with their staff and anyone affiliated with them. CANCELLATION BY OWNERS/ADVERTISERS:
You may cancel your ad at anytime with Vacation RentalZone.com, however, no refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for cancellations to Owners/Advertisers.

TRANSFER OF VACATION RENTALS ADS:
If you need to transfer your ad (due to your property being sold and transferred to a new owner) it can be done upon us receiving this information along with the new owners information and their approval. A fee of $25.00 will be charged to do this transfer. If you wish to cancel the service, no refund or pro-rated credit will be given.

FEED BACK:
We would appreciate any feed back, positive or negative, to insure the integrity of this web site. We strive to have responsible advertisers and renters.

UPDATES AND CHANGES:
